摘 要：文章从医院后勤员工岗位存在的问题出发，论述了员工职业道德培养的方式和方法，认为后勤员工除了掌握过硬的专业技能外，还应具备符合后勤保障服务岗位需要的职业道德，这是提高后勤工作效率、确保医院正常运行的必备条件。

 关键词：后勤管理；职业道德；意识培养

 Abstract： Starting from existing problems in hospital logistic position， the article explains approaches of professional ethics cultivation. Besides strong professional skills， the logistic staff should have professional ethics which is the necessity of improving efficiency and hospital operation.
