摘 要：文章以四川大学华西医院主业务院区原址改扩建为案例，从科学编制规划、合理分工、分项落实等方面总结论述了大型综合医院原址改扩建进度控制的综合措施。

 Abstract： The article takes West China Hospital Principal Business District as an example， explains the large comprehensive hospital original location reorganization and expansion schedule control measures in terms of scientific planning， rational division of work and implementation.
