【摘要】 目的 研究部队独生子女士兵心理健康状况。方法 问卷调查，使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对某部672名士兵进行心理测评。结果 与普通男性常模、军人常模相比，某应急部队独生子女的SCL-90各因子分均高于男性常模；除躯体化因子外，其它因子都高于军人常模。结论 如何对独生子女士兵进行科学有效的管理教育，使独生子女士兵具有良好的心理健康水平，对于部队来讲是一个不容忽视的问题。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the psychosomatic symptoms of the only child in the army of PLA. Methods 672 soldiers of an emergency maneuvering combat unit of PLA were tested by SCL-90. Results The only child in the army had higher SCL-90 score than the norm of Chinese man, and had higher score than norm of PLA besides somatization. Conclusion It has become an urgent issue for our armies how to manage and educate the only child to be one with well-being psychological health.
