【摘要】 目的 探讨自我概念在新兵应对方式和心理健康之间的中介作用。方法 运用田纳西自我概念量表，应对方式量表和临床症状自评量表对1110名新兵进行调查，数据通过中介检验程序进行分析。结果 积极应对方式(问题解决和求助维度)通过自我概念影响新兵心理健康。结论 新兵自我概念在积极的应对方式与心理健康中间起完全中介作用。通过培养新兵的自我概念进而培养新兵积极的应对方式，能提高新兵的心理健康水平。

 【Abstract】 Objective To explore themediating effects of self-concept on the relationship between coping style and mental health. Methods 1110 recruits were selected and Tennessee Self -Concept Scale(TSCS), Coping style questionnaire and Symptom checklist 90(SCL-90) were adopted to evaluate the recruits self-concept, Coping style, mental health. Results Positive coping style affected recruits' mental health by self-concept. Conclusion By Improving self-concept, we can improve the recruits' positive coping style then improve mental health level. ......
