【摘要】 目的 了解医科大学生毕业前夕的心理卫生状况。方法 采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对95名沪州医学院毕业生的心理卫生状况进行测试。结果 应届毕业生的心理问题发生率为10.53%，SCL-90总分，各因子均分都低于国内常模。非临床专业的心理问题发生率高于临床专业的学生。结论 医科大学毕业生心理健康水平存在一定的问题，心理健康状况与专业差异密切相关。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the mental health of medical students before graduation. Methods By cluster sampling, 95 medical students before graduation were assessed with SCL-90. Results The most common mental health problems of pre-gaduation medical students were compulsion and interpersonal sensitivity, and the non-clinical students suffered more than the clinical students. Conclusion Most of the medical students were in perfect mental health conditions. Speciality is an important factor affecting the mental health of university students.
