【摘要】目的探讨团体心理咨询在提高职业中学学生自信心方面的作用。方法采用自行编制的团体辅导方案，对缺乏自信的14名职业中学学生进行为期4 周的训练。用定性和定量相结合的方法，对辅导效果进行评估。结果①学 生的个人评价、自信心得分提高；②社交回避和社交苦恼得分降低。结论 培养自信心的团体辅导活动对减少职业中学学生社交回避和苦恼，增加学生自我接纳和社会 适应能力有良好的效果。
