【摘要】 目的 了解颅脑损伤患者家属的心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法 对80名颅脑损伤患者家属采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)进行调查。结果 颅脑损伤患者家属SCL-90总分及各因子分均明显高于国内常模，家属为女性、低龄、低文化程度不利于自身心理健康，而外向—稳定型人格类型有利于自身心理健康。结论 颅脑损伤患者家属存在不同程度的心理问题，并受多种因素影响，应予以心理干预。

 【Abstract】 Objective To know the status of mental health of the family members of patients with head injury and its related factors. Methods 80 family members of patients with head injury were investigated with SCL-90 and EPQ. Results Total score of SCL-90 and factors scores in family members of patients with head injury are significantly higher than those in the norm. Some factors such as female, younger and lower education in family members of patients are not favorable for their mental health, whereas extroversive-stability personality is favorable for their mental health. Conclusion There are many mental health problems in the family members of patients with head injury, and those problems are influenced by many factors. We should give psychological intervention to family members of patients. ......
