Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation between serum uric acid level and the degree of leukoaraiosis in non-acute stroke patients.Methods 123 patients with leukoaraiosis were selected from April 2016 to March 2017 in Department of Neurology, Chengde medical college affiliated hospital.All of the above patients were non-acute stroke patients.All the clinical data were collected,including the score of the:Aharon-peretz scale,uric acid and other laboratory indexes and the statistical analysis was carried out.Results There was significant difference in uric acid level between non-mild leukoaraiosis group and moderate to severe leukoaraiosis group(P, 百拇医药

腦白质疏松症(leukoaraiosis,LA)是围绕脑室的白质或者皮质下区,即半卵圆中心,在CT图像中表现为较低的密度或者在MRI的T2图像中显示为斑片状的边界较为模糊的长T2信号[1]。近年普遍认为脑白质疏松是脑小血管病的一种[2]。尿酸具有氧化性和抗氧化性双重作用,临床检测较为便捷,其与脑白质疏松的关系近年来开始引起人们的关注。本文对血尿酸水平与脑白质疏松的相关性进行了分析。
1 资料与方法
1.1一般资料 选取2016年4月~2017年3月在承德医学院附属医院住院的患者123例,且均经头颅磁共振检查,确诊为LA。本实验通过医院医学伦理委员会审定。纳入标准:①无任何精神类疾病;②无其他系统严重疾病;③患者及家属对本研究知情同意同意。排除标准:①排除急性期脑卒中患者;②排除退行性认知功能障碍患者;③排除严重失语、听力减退或昏迷等不能正常交流的患者;④排除由慢性酒精中毒、中枢神经系统感染以及头部外伤而出现继发性认知功能障碍患者;⑤排除既往痛风病史及服用相关药物的患者。, http://www.100md.com(祖赛 窦志杰 卢丹丹 宋冰冰 王佩) 第 1 2 页 下一页
