[摘要] 目的：观察金双岐治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的疗效。方法：142例患儿随机分为两组，A组65例用思密达治疗，B组77例在A组治疗基础上加用金双岐。结果：B组的总有效率为93.5%，明显高于A组总有效率为76.9%。结论：金双岐治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的疗效显著。

Clinical observation of Golden Bifido on the treatment of infantile autumnal diarrhea

[Abstract] Objective：To observe the effect of Golden Bifido on the treatment of infantile autumnal diarrhea. Methods：142 cases were divided randomly into two groups.Group A：65 cases were treated with smecta；Group B：77 cases were treated with smecta and Golden Bifido. Results：The total effective rate of group B(93.5%)was much higher than group A(76.9%).Conclusion：It is highly effective to treat infantile autumnal diarrher with Golden Bifido.
