[摘要] 目的：探讨预防产科婴儿被盗的护理安全措施。方法：分析母婴同室婴儿被盗的风险因素和医院安全管理的薄弱环节，采取有效的防范措施包括病房安装防盗门、责任护士加强宣教，认真履行婴儿防盗安全告知义务，加强病房巡视及交接班制度。结果：实施2年以来未发生婴儿被盗事件，孕产妇满意度由89.12%上升到98.22%。结论：结合医院自身特点采取的婴儿防盗安全措施，可杜绝婴儿被盗事件的发生，提高患者满意度。

 Safety management and effect assessment of infant stolen in maternity ward

 [Abstract] Objective: To explore the safety measures to prevent infant stolen in maternity ward. Methods: Risk factors of infant stolen and weak links of safety management for mother and baby in the same ward were analyzed, and the effective precautions were taken. The precautions included installing security doors, strengthening mission by staff nurse, fulfilling informed obligation about infant stolen security, strengthening ward inspection and shift relief. Results: After implementation of precautions, no infant were stolen in two years, and satisfaction degree of patients improved from 89.12% to 98.22%. Conclusion: Infant stolen security measures can prevent the infant from stealing in the hospital and improve satisfaction degree of patients. ......
