[摘要]目的：文章总结了使用聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶的临床经验。方法：从1997年10月到2000年4月，采用这种新型软组织填充材料矫正乳房、面颊、颞部、下肢、臀部和外生殖器等，共2279例。结果：填充前后比较，均获得满意的效果，总体并发症1.97%，经处理痊愈。结论：近期效果良好，并发症少、使用方便，说明所应用的操作技术是安全有效的。
