孙坚男，1960年生，1984年毕业于上海第二医科大学口腔医学系，1996年获口腔颌面外科博士学位，导师邱蔚六教授，1997年～1998年赴法国进修。现为上海第二医科大学附属第九人民医院口腔颌面外科副教授、硕士生导师、上海市口腔医学研究所口腔颌面外科研究室副主任。[摘要]目的：介绍一种治疗下颌角与咬肌肥大的新方法。〖HT5"H〗方法：针对不同病例外耳后进路切口设计为两种曲线切口。手术均由耳后间隙进入，去除下颌肥大的骨质与咬肌。结果：施术11例，经6个月至4年以上随访，术后疗效满意，未出现任何并发症。结论：笔者认为耳后进路行下颌角和咬肌肥大畸形外科治疗是一种安全、有效、相对简单的手术方法，与口外下颌角切口和口内手术相比有较多优点。

POSTEXTERNAL APPROACH IN SURGICAL CORRECTING THE HYPERTROPHIC MANDIBULAR ANGLE AND MASSETER SUN JianSUN Hong

[Abstract]Objective：We report a new approach for correcting hypertrophic mandibular angle and masseter through posterior external auricular approach. Methods：This surgical approach is designed in two ways.Operative cutting begains at posterior auricular forsa,then hypertrophic mandibular angle bone and masseter are removed.The great auricalar nerve and facial nerve are protected during operation.Results：We performed 11 cases operations.It is simple safe could be done under local anesthesia.Follow-up period from 6 months to 4 years.All cases got satisfactory post operative result without complication.Conclusion：Posterior auricular approach for correcting hypertrophic mandibular and masseter proved to be a safe,effective and simple surgery.It has many advantages contrasted to external mandibular angle approach or intraoral approach. ......
