[摘要]目的：探索重度上睑下垂的治疗方法。方法：制作宽窄和长度适宜的额肌瓣，经眼轮匝肌与眶隔膜间隧道，下移固定于睑板上缘，治疗重度上睑下垂97例。结果：临床治疗126只眼(97例)，随访0.5～9年，外形自然，闭合自如，无复发现象，均获满意效果。结论：额肌瓣悬吊术是治疗重度上睑下垂可靠而有效的方法。

The suspension of frontalis muscle flap to treatment severe blepharoptosis

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore a methods of treating severe blepharoptosis.MethodsA frontalis muscle flap with suitable width and length was drawn down and rooted on top of tarsus thtough a space between orbicular muscle of eye and orbital septum fasciae.97 severe blepharoptosis cases were cured.Ressults126eyes(97cases) were followed 6 months to 9 years after the operation, the all closed naturally with the fluent form and had no relapse.ConclusionThe suspension of fyontalis muscle flap is a credible and effective treatment for severe blepharoptosis. ......
