[摘要]目的：观察自体真皮组织充填鼻尖预防假体外露的临床效果。方法：对行硅胶假体隆鼻者，在臀沟取真皮组织覆盖假体鼻尖部位，增加鼻尖组织厚度，形成自然鼻尖，避免假体穿出并发症。结果：本组161例，有1例感染，其余160例效果良好，鼻尖形态自然美观。结论：利用自体真皮组织充填鼻尖，能改善鼻尖形态，可预防硅胶假体直接作用于鼻尖皮肤引起的并发症。

Application of autogenous derma in augmentation rhinoplasty

Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the effect of autogenous derma on preventionprothesis exposure in rhinoplasty.MethodsUndrer local anesthesia,angmentation rhinoplasty was performed with silicone prothesis.Autogenous derma which was harvested from gluteal fold was transplanted into nasal tip to shape nature naral tip.ResultsTotal of 161 cases were underwent this operation,1 case was infected,the rest cases gained fine outcome with nature nasal tip.ConclusionIt shows that complication of prothesis exposure in nasal tip can be prevented by filling autogenous derma.
