  [摘要]目的：总结笔者在过去7年中实施老年性上睑松弛及睑袋整形手术的临床经验。方法：自1999年6月～2006年7月，我们对98例年龄65～91岁因上睑松弛及睑袋要求行整形手术者，一并实施老年性上睑松弛及睑袋整形手术。术后随访1年以上。结果：98例受术者均对手术效果满意。通过整形手术，不仅消除了因眼睑松弛对视野的遮挡，而且改善了容貌，提高了生活质量。结论：老年性上睑松弛及睑袋整形手术可以达到治疗与美容的目的。
