[摘要]目的：了解患者对前牙隐形义齿修复效果的主观评价，为临床进一步推广提供依据。方法：选取前牙隐形义齿修复患者130例，设计满意度问卷调查表，分别在初戴和6个月后对前牙隐形义齿修复满意度进行调查。结果：大多数患者对隐形义齿满意；其中，初戴时美观程度、舒适性、语音功能及固位功能方面满意度比咀嚼功能高,6个月后患者对各方面满意度无明显差异。结论：隐形义齿应用于前牙区修复，无论从美容效果还是从功能恢复方面看，都不失为一种新的较好的前牙修复方法。
