[摘要]目的：对牙周病伴牙列缺损马里兰桥修复后的疗效观察。方法：2000～2003年175例牙周病伴牙列缺损病例，采用马里兰桥修复，修复后进行1、2、5年随访，以马里兰桥咀嚼效能和脱落率对其远期疗效进行评估。结果：修复1年后义齿功能良好率为91%，桥体脱落率为2.27%；2年后分别为86%和3.79%；5年后为77%和5.30%。结论：牙周病伴牙列缺损的马里兰桥修复远期效果满意，值得在临床上推广应用。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effects of the Maryland fixed bridge restoration in patients with tooth and periodontitis. Methods175 cases using Maryland fixed bridge with periodontitis were followed up for 5 years.Function of fixed-bridge and bond failure rate was evaluated for the clinical effect. Results In one year,after 2 years,86% fixed dentures performed its function well and 2.27% bond failure rate, 5 years later,77% and 5.30% respectively. ConclusionMaryland fixed bridge restoration can be used for patients with dental defection and periodontitis. ......
