  [摘要]目的:比较自锁托槽与传统直丝托槽在矫治过程中的脱落率。方法:选择正畸患者120例(男74例,女66例),其中60例使用自锁托槽,60例使用传统直丝托槽,记录6个月内托槽脱落例数。结果:两种托槽脱落率无显著差异(P>0.05);1～3月托槽脱落率高于4～6个月,但没有统计学意义(P>0.05);后牙脱落率高于前牙,下后牙脱落率高于上后牙,有统计学意义(P0.05).The rate of bond failure between the first three months was higher than the second three months, there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Posterior teeth had higher failure rate than anterior teeth, madibular posterior teeth had higher failure rate than maxillary,there wasstatistically significant difference(P
