 Abstract:ObjectiveTo measure the fatigue life of porcelain fused metal (PFM) crown and bridgeof anterior teeth.MethodsPFM crown and bridge of anterior teeth were made for measurement of its fatigue life. The surface of porcelain on bitting area were observed by stereoscopic zoom microscopes after 0hã€16hã€48hã€80hã€160h, and by scaning electric microscopes(SEM) after 320h.ResultsEach PFM crown and bridge of anterior teeth had no procelain cracks in evidence after experiment, however there are some microscopic wears by SEM (under 20μm).ConclusionPFM restorationsof anterior teeth have not only esthetics capability but also rather fine anti-fatigue characteristic.

 1.2 方法

 1.2.1 在选用的下å‰ç‰™æ¡¥åŸºç‰™æ¨¡åž‹ä¸Šåˆ¶ä½œC1-D2金属铸造桥1个,基牙å•冠厚度0.5~1.0mm,形æ€ç”¨æ ‡å‡†æ¨¡åž‹çš„å‰ç‰™èœ¡åž‹ç¿»åˆ¶ï¼›å†ç”¨ä¸Šå‰ç‰™å•冠基牙模型和å‰ç‰™æ¡¥åŸºç‰™æ¨¡åž‹åˆ¶ä½œç›¸å¯¹åº”çš„B区中切牙烤瓷冠ã€B区中切牙缺失的三å•ä½A1-B2烤瓷桥,å•冠和桥固ä½ä½“金属基底冠厚0.3~0.4mm,烤瓷层厚度1.0~2.0mm[5],与临床实际情况相符。共2组,æ¯ç»„å„3个。

 1.2.2用薄咬åˆçº¸å¯¹ä¸Šã€ä¸‹é¢Œè¯•ä»¶ä¸Šçš„çƒ¤ç“·å† ã€æ¡¥å’Œå¯¹åˆçš„金属桥进行调牙åˆ[6],使烤瓷冠上切牙的舌é¢åˆ‡1/3处与金属桥D1-2下切牙的唇é¢åˆ‡ç«¯æœ‰å‡åŒ€çš„ã€å¯†åˆ‡çš„æŽ¥è§¦ï¼›çƒ¤ç“·æ¡¥çš„åŒä¾§åŸºç‰™å›ºä½ä½“ä¸Žå¯¹ç‰™åˆæ— å’¬åˆæŽ¥è§¦ï¼Œè€Œæ¡¥ä½“主è¦åŠŸèƒ½åŒºèˆŒé¢åˆ‡1/3处与对牙åˆç›¸åº”部ä½é‡‘属桥D1-2下切牙的唇é¢åˆ‡ç«¯å‡åŒ€ã€å¯†åˆ‡æŽ¥è§¦ã€‚调牙åˆåŽä¸Šé‡‰ï¼Œç£·é…¸é”Œæ°´é—¨æ±€ç²˜å›ºã€‚
