 【摘要】乙肝病毒血清学检查乙型肝炎病毒免疫学标记一共3对，即：表面抗原(HBsAg)和表面抗体(抗HBs或HBsAb)、e抗原(HBeAg)和e抗体(抗HBe或HBeAb)、核心抗原(HBcAg)和核心抗体(抗HBc或HBcAb)。由于核心抗原在血中不易测到，目前试剂盒也不过关，所以还剩二对半抗原抗体，这就是人们常说的乙肝“二对半”检查，或称“乙肝五项”检查。

 【Abstract】Serum HBV examination of hepatitis B virus immunological markers have three pairs, namely: surface antigen (HBsAg) and surface antibody (anti-HBs or HBsAb), e antigen (HBeAg) and e antibody (anti-HBe or HBeAb), the core antigen (HBcAg) and the core antibody (anti-HBc or HBcAb). As the core antigen in the blood not measured, not through the current kit, left two pairs of antibody-antigen, which is said in hepatitis B, “two pairs of semi-” check, or “five hepatitis B” inspection.
