 【摘要】目的 观察阿托伐他汀治疗高脂血症的临床效果和安全性。方法 选择80例总胆固醇(TC)≥6.5mmol/L或甘油三酯(TC)≥1.7mmol/L或高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)≤1.3mmol/L患者给予阿托伐他汀20mg/d，晚间顿服，均治疗12周，12周后分别测定血脂四项，血常规、肝、肾功能，谷丙转氨酶(ALT)，肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)等。结果 治疗前后血脂有显著变化，改善血TC、TG、LDL-C的总有效率分别为96.8%、71.4%、67%未发现明显不良反应。结论 阿托伐他汀治疗高脂血症效果显著，对心脑血管疾病有预防作用。

 【Abstract】Objective To observe the effeef and safety of treament of hyperlipidemia with atorvastatin。Methods 80 patients with total cholesterol(TC)≥6.5mmol/L or triglyceride(TG)≥1.7mmol/L or high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)≤1.3mmol/L were selected .Atorvastatin 20mg were given everyday.At 12 weeks the four lipids、blood liver and kidney、function、alanine aminotransferase(ALT)creatinekinase(CK)were ,measured.Results Before and after treament significant changes in blood lipids. total affective rate of improving blood TC、TG、LPL-C.96.8%、71.4%、67% respetively.
