【摘 要】目的：观察瑞芬太尼和丙泊酚联合应用于肩关节脱位手法复位麻醉中的效果。方法：回顾性分析我院就诊的26例肩关节脱位患者的临床资料。所有患者均经X线摄片排除骨折，确诊为肩关节脱位，需要在静脉全麻下进行手法复位术。观察患者在瑞芬太尼和丙泊酚复合静脉全麻下的临床麻醉效果。结果：所有患者在瑞芬太尼和丙泊酚复合静脉全麻下均顺利完成手术。26例患者中麻醉效果评定为优22例，良3例，差1例，术者对麻醉效果的满意度为96.2%。结论：瑞芬太尼联合丙泊酚静脉全麻应用于肩关节脱位手法复位麻醉中，效果满意。
