[摘 要] 随着医疗的进步，护理承担的风险越来越大，加强护理安全管理非常重要。护理安全是指在实施护理的过程中，患者发生在法律和法定的规章制度范围以外的心理、机能或功能上的损害、障碍、缺陷或死亡。本文在临床护理实践基础上对护理风险进行分析总结，探讨针对性强的护理安全管理对策，有效规避风险，保障护理质量和患者安全。

 [Abstract] With the advances in medical care and increasing risk， strengthen nursing safety management is very important. Security is the implementation of nursing care process， patients in the legal and statutory rules and regulations outside the scope of the psychological， functional or functional damage， disorder， defect or death. Our department analysis the nursing risk and develop targeted safety measures of care to improve nursing quality， and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
