[摘要]目的探讨小切口经椎板间开窗减压髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效与特点。方法对189例手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症均采用小切口开窗髓核摘除术进行治疗，按Macnab标准评定术后疗效。结果术后随访1～2年，平均20个月，优140例，良40例，可9例，优良率95.24%。结论应用小切口手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症安全有效，创伤小，出血少，恢复快，但需严格掌握适应症。

 [abstract] objective: to explore the lamina small incision with-out decompression between the nucleus pulposus fenestration the curative effect of treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with characteristics. Methods: 189 cases of surgical treatment prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc adopts the nucleus pulposus small incision with-out fenestration treatment, according to Macnab standard evaluation postoperative outcomes. Results: postoperative follow-up 1-2 years, average 20 months, optimal 140 cases "good" in 40 cases, 9 cases, 95.24% dykes.
