  [摘要]目的 初步探讨侯马市农民对新农合的认知情况、参保情况、受益情况及对其满意情况，了解侯马市新农合目前实施过程中存在的问题，为评价新农合的实施效果与完善新农合制度提供依据。方法采用多阶段抽样的方法,随机抽样进行入户调查。结果农民对新农合的知晓率为82.0%；94.1%的农民参加了新农合；15.4%知道补偿制度；农民对于提供医疗服务的机构其服务质量和态度满意率为51.7%。结论农民对新农合的具体认知及满意程度较差,应当加强宣传教育工作,建立合理的补偿方式及比例，实现新农合的可持续发展。
