[摘 要]目的 对腔内激光闭合术治疗下肢静脉曲张患者的护理。方法 统计分析应用腔内激光闭合术治疗的下肢静脉曲张手术患者共286例的临床资料。结果 所有患者术后恢复良好，无严重并发症发生。患者疼痛程度轻，下床活动早，术后恢复快，住院时间短。结论 术前充分的准备、术后采取积极有效的护理措施、早期有序的下肢活动及功能锻炼，是预防下肢深静脉血栓形成等并发症的发生，是保证患者顺利康复的关键。
