[摘要]目的:比较股骨近端内固定两种不同的方法及器械的选择，并作理论分析,为临床上选择适当的治疗方法提供依据。方法:病例选自我院2005-2011年采用内固定治疗的100例股骨近端骨折病人的临床资料及影像学结果,并经门诊复诊及通讯方式随访,从平均住院时间、手术过程、并发症发生率、髋关节功能恢复情况(优良率)等方面进行评价分析。 结果:两组在平均住院时间上、并发症发生率、髋关节功能优良率与历来院内就诊的患者比较效果较好。 结论:对于稳定型骨折髓外和髓内固定皆是目前比较理想的治疗股骨近端骨折的固定方式。对于不稳定的复杂骨折、反转子间骨折及65岁以上的老年患者应从多方面综合考虑治疗方式,建议首选髓内固定。

 【Abstract 】 Objective: to compare the proximal femur in fixed two different methods and instruments of choice, and theoretical analysis, the choice of appropriate for clinical treatment method is provided. Methods: 2005-2011 choose self in the internal fixation for 100 cases of proximal femur fractures the patient''s clinical data and imaging results, and the outpatient appointment and communication follow-up, from the average length of hospital stay, operation process, complications, hip function recovery (was) analysis and evaluation, etc. Results: two groups in the mean hospital stay, complications, hip function was and always hospital clinic of patients were compared with the effect is good. Conclusions: for stable fractures the pulp and intramedullary fixed all is the relatively ideal treatment proximal femur fractures of the fixed way.
