【摘要】 目的 研究汶川地震震灾伤员的心理救助。方法 给震 灾伤员发放地震后心理健康宣传资料，心理测定量表，讲解地震灾后心理卫生知识以及心理 咨询。结果 60例震灾伤员心理不适感(焦虑、恐惧、睡眠障碍等)均得到 明显改善。结论 对震灾伤员早期给予心理救助是处理震灾伤员心理不适简 单易行的有效方法。

 【Abstract】 Obiective To analyze the psycho salvation for the wounde d in the Wenchuan earthquake. Methods Evaluate the psychology o f the wounded of the Wen chuan earthquake by psychometry measuring scale, interpret psychoprophylactic kn owledge and do psychological consultation. Results 60 wounded p ersons in the Wenchuan earthquake had different psychological block, such as anx iety , dread, sleeping disorder etc. and improved by psychological consultation. Conclusion Early syc ho salvation for the wounded of the earthquake is effective methods for the psyc hological block of the wounded in the earthquake. ......
