  【摘要】 目的 探讨舍曲林治疗青少年抑郁症的临床疗效和安全性。方法对36例符合《中国精 神疾病分类方案与诊断标准》第3版(CCMD-3)抑郁症诊断标准的青少年患者进行为期8w的开 放性舍曲林治疗，以汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和临床疗效总评量表(CGI)为评估临床疗效 的工具。结果 36例患者全部完成研究，所用舍曲林的平均剂量为66.3±7. 8mg/d，在治疗结束时，HAMD和CGI得分较治疗前明显改善。副反应主要为过度镇静、恶心、 腹泻。结论 舍曲林治疗青少年抑郁症安全、有效。

 Open Trial on Efficacy of Sertraline in Adolescents with Major Depression. Zhang Yuqi, Li Guilin. Wuxi Mental Health Center, Nanjing Medical College, Wu xi 214151, P.R.China

 【Abstract】 Objective To understand the efficacy and safety of Sertra line in ad olescents with major depression. Methods 36 adolescents who metdiagnostic crite ria for major depression in CCMD-3 were treated with sertraline for 8 weeks, HAM D and CGI were used to assess clinical efficacy of sertraline. Results36 partic ipants completed the trial, the average dosage of sertraline was 66.3±7.8 mg/da y. Scores of HAMD and CGI were significantly improved after treatment. The mainside reaction was excessive sedation, queasiness and diarrhoea. Conclusi on Sertraline is effective and safe agent for adolescents with major depr ession. ......
