【摘要】 目的 探讨中学校长的主观幸福感与人格特征的关系。方法 采用总体幸福感量表和艾森克人格问卷对94名中学校长进行问卷调查。结果 中学校长的主观幸福感总体上没有差异；主观幸福感与神经质显著负相关。结论 外向性和神经质等人格特征是影响中学校长幸福感的重要因素

【Abstract】 Objective To examine the relationship between personality and subjective well-being (SWB) of high school principals. Methods 94 high school principals were measured by EPQ-RSC and SWB questionnaires. Results There are no significant difference among high school principals on SWB; The subjective well-being level of high school principals was negatively correlated to neuroticism. Conclusion Personality traits were important influencial factors to high school principals' SWB.
