【摘要】 目的 了解狂犬病误诊的原因。方法 对我院21例狂犬病患者的误诊情况进行临床分析。结果 本组病例精神症状突出，易误诊为精神疾病，由精神科收入病房住院后经详细检查，均诊断为狂犬病。结论 主要原因由于精神科医生对狂犬病认识不足，询问病史时忽略了狗咬史而误诊，因而需全面收集病史，注意将本病与精神疾病相鉴别。

 【Abstract】 Objective To find out the reason of the rabies misdiagnosis. Methods The misdiagnosis circumstance of 21 inpatients with rabies was carried on clinical analysis in our hospital. Results The psychotic symptoms of this case were prominent, and they can be easily misdiagnosed as mental disease. These patients who hospitalized in psychosis wards were all diagnosed as rabies after being examined in detail. Conclusion The main reason of the misdiagnosis for psychiatrist is their shortage of understanding the rabies. Due to neglecting the dog's biting history, they misdiagnosed it while inquiring the disease history. As a result, the overall collection of disease history is needed. It is necessarily to distinguish mutually between this disease and mental disease. ......
