[摘要] 上海市公共卫生中心是上海市公共卫生体系建设三年行动计划的主体工程,是一所融传染病隔离、治疗及科研为一体的医疗卫生中心,工程的设计目标是建立一个具有国际先进水平的公共卫生中心。本文介绍了工程在设计过程中碰到的重点、难点以及解决的方法和过程,可供同行和有关人员参考。
