[摘要] 医院的基础建设是医院发展的重要组成部分,医院基建方面的投资大小直接影响着医院的发展方向。因此,加强医疗单位的基本建设管理,提高基建的投资效益是卫生经济必须研究的重要内容。近几年,由于各级政府对医疗保健事业的重视,医院基本建设投资日益增多,若医院基本建设管理不善,必然给医院的管理带来许多问题和困难。本文结合笔者在基本建设管理方面的实践,谈谈医院的基本建设管理的几个问题和基本建设实施中几点对策。
