【摘要】随着国家扩大内需用于卫生类项目经费的逐步到位，全国上下各级医疗机构的基本建设工作如雨后春笋般展开。如何提高基本建设投资效益、加快建设进度、提高工程质量，实现预期的工程建设目标成了人们关注的焦点。本文从医院基建管理存在的问题、医院基建管理制度的创新与管理等方面对医疗卫生机构基本建设进行了探讨，提出了加强医疗卫生机构基本建设管理的一些观点。
