【摘要】医院是社会环境中的基本组织，必然受到外在环境的影响。国有医院是我国医疗机构的主体，但其地位已经受到影响，特别是国外医院和民营医院已经对其发起挑战。本文从医院生态出发，提出医院生存的基本条件，除了高超的医术外，管理的重点应是如何适应生态，提供满足患者偏好的完善的服务。

 【Abstract】hospital is the basic organization of social environment, will be subject to the external environment. State-owned hospital is the main medical institutions in China, but its status has been affected, in particular foreign hospitals and private hospitals have their challenge. This ecological departure from the hospital, the basic conditions for survival of hospitals, in addition to superb medical skills, the management should focus on how to adapt to ecological, to provide to meet the patients preferred better service.
