【摘要】医院作为社会医疗机构的主体,肩负着向人民群众提供医疗技术保障的社会责任。决定医院社会效益和经济效益的根本因素是医院的医疗技术能力。医疗技术能力由医护人员的知识水平及经验和医疗设备技术手段两部分构成。进入21世纪后电子信息技术的发展,加快了医疗设备更新速度,新的更高技术含量的医疗设备层出不穷。随着国家对公共卫生事业财政投资的增加,许多公立医院已经配置,或即将逐渐配置更多更先进的大型医疗设备。如何管理好这些医疗设备,使其在医疗活动中充分发挥应有的作用,是摆在每一位医院管理者面前越来越紧迫的任务。
