【摘要】手术室是医院中细菌感染的重要途径之一。由于我国目前还没有手术室《规范》和《技术标准》,给医院手术室设计、配置、管理带来窘况。本文以上海医院手术室调查和实践为例,阐述了医院手术室存在的问题、改进办法、洁净手术室和非洁净手术室之间用房合理的配置比例并就目前医院手术室现状,提出了建设原则、适用范围、统一技术标准的观点。
