【摘要】随着医学科学的迅猛发展,洁净手术室已成为现代化医院的标志。为适应手术科室的发展,我院于2006年建成并投入使用了洁净手术室,现有百级2间、万级6间。由于洁净手术室的空气净化仅能保证空气的无菌和使空气达到一定的洁净度,并不能杀灭吸附于手术间物品表面的细菌。因此,必须做好洁净手术室的清洁和消毒工作,正确使用和严格管理整个净化系统,严密防止医源性感染。近两年,通过一系列有效的管理措施,取得较好效果,未发生一例切口感染,极大提高手术的成功率。现将我院相关措施介绍如下:
