【摘要】 随着医疗业务的发展,医院不仅需要对现有建筑及设备进行维修或改造,也需要对一些小型项目进行新建或扩建。由于这些医院小型工程项目一般生产能力和规模较小,加之建筑市场和建筑行业的特殊性,因此必须重视和加强医院小型工程财务控制,以切实维护医院的利益。本文针对医院小型工程特点,探讨与之相适应的有效的财务控制方法。

 【Abstract】 With the development of medical services, hospitals not only to the existing building and equipment maintenance or transformation, also need some new or expanded small-scale projects. Since these hospitals generally of minor works projects and small-scale production capacity, coupled with the construction market and construction industry's peculiarities, therefore, the hospital must pay attention to and strengthen the financial control of minor works in order to effectively safeguard the interests of the hospital. In this paper, characteristics of the hospital for minor works to explore the corresponding effective financial control methods.
