【摘 要】目前医院数字化管理系统(HDMS)的建设对功能的划分多采用两主线、三主线、或多元功能混合划分方法。这些方法难以给医院的管理者清晰、全面、有层次的管理功能划分的印象。本文提出医院数字化管理系统 “金字塔”型功能划分架构，其中包括病人(或顾客)就诊信息核心、医院运营信息核心、医院外部信息核心、 医院管理决策支持信息核心。以上四个核心组成以医院管理决策支持信息核心为塔顶的“金字塔”型构架。通过金字塔形功能的划分，以期医院管理者及软件开发商有一个新的角度或方式实施医院数字化管理系统的建设。

 [Abstract]Nowadays, we often adopt such partitioning methods as two main threads method, three main threads method or multi-functional method to describe the functional structure of hospital digital management system (HDMS). However, such kinds of description can hardly provide a clear, comprehensive and stratified impression to hospital managers. In the paper, “pyramid style” partitioning method on functional structure of HDMS is proposed. The three feet of pyramid are patient (client) information, hospital operation information and external information. The head of pyramid based on such three feet is called hospital management and decision supporting information.
