【摘 要】 随着“新医改”大潮的推行，公立医院的生存发展问题已经越来越紧迫的摆在我们面前。医院后勤管理效率直接关系到整个医院的发展水平。因此，医院后勤部门必须打破落后陈旧的管理模式，走推陈出新之路。
