【摘 要】 医疗保险是社会保障制度的重要组成部分,完善的医疗保险制度是现代社会文明的重要标志。加强对医疗保险参保人员异地就医的管理,是我国当前医疗保险制度改革必须妥善解决的问题。重视和加强对医疗保险制度的研究,探索适合我国国情的医疗保险制度模式及其实现途径,尽快建立和完善覆盖全民的医疗保险制度是摆在我们面前的重要任务。
