【摘 要】近些年来，随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的建立和改革开放的不断深化，人们的思想得到了充分解放，物质、精神文化水平亦不断的提高，医患关系紧张却成为日益突出的问题。本文分析了医患关系的现状，从人文关怀的缺失、医患之间的沟通不够、防御性医疗行为的产生等方面分析导致医患关系紧张的原因，提出构建和谐的医患关系要树立以病人为中心的现代医学模式，打造人性化的医疗服务流程，建立人性化的沟通制度，打造诚信医院。
