【摘 要】根据医院标识系统的内容与结构，人性化服务标识系统的特点、功能与设计原则，我院在规范人性化服务标识过程中，按照医院标识系统设计的总体要求，确定了由近到远，由模糊到清晰的布点思路，统一了标识系统的文字设计、符号设计、色彩设计、版式设计、材料设计、造型设计等内容，引入了电子显示及多媒体引导系统，以及弱势群体的无障碍标识系统。
