【摘 要】 现代化综合性医院具有人员相对集中、易燃易爆物品、电气设备和明火使用较多的特点。在功能上逐渐由单纯医疗诊治发展为治疗护理、人才培训、科学研究、社会预防等综合服务功能；在场所规模上，现代化综合医院逐渐发展为医疗中心，其建筑亦向大型化、高层化、综合化发展。
