【摘 要】通过分析医院实施总体改造规划设计的背景,以及由于受建筑规模及功能等因素制约所面临的一些问题,总结和论述了医院与设计单位坚持以人为本的设计理念。并根据医院的自身特点实行整体规划、有步骤地分期实施,努力创造环境优美、功能合理、设施完善的现代化综合医院。由于我国医院的更新规划和医院建筑本身的设计都具有一定的特殊性,本文详细论述了在设计中需要考虑和注重的原则、理念和方法,为医疗建筑的更新设计做出了一次有益的尝试。
