【摘 要】 文章探讨了医院建筑设计与施工中的几个常见问题，内容包括了设计理念、不同设计单位的优势整合、合同中常见易引起歧义的文字表述、对投标文件编制说明的审阅以及医技科室的供暖与制冷问题，这些问题既可以引导政府及建设决策者的思考，也可以使基层的建筑设计人员和业主对医院建筑设计与施工中的常见问题有更深的认识。

 【Abstract】The article discusses several common issues in the design and construction of hospital buildings, including design concept, the integration of the advantages of the different design units, common and easy ambiguous textual representation of the contract, the preparation of bid documents, review, and medical instructions heating and cooling of the technical departments, such questions can guide the thinking of the government and construction decision-makers can also make the grass-roots building designers and owners have a better understanding on common problems in the hospital building design and construction.
