【摘 要】 随着医院的快速发展、医院规模的扩张、医疗业务的开展,固定资产、药品、医用耗材、物资等不断消耗,其价值逐渐转移到医疗成本中去。由于物资材料属于低值易耗品,具有种类繁多、需求量大、更换频繁等特点,其管理水平直接影响医院的经济收益和成本支出。采取有效措施,加强对物资采购工作的宏观管理,有效控制并降低采购成本,确保采购质量,充分保证医院及各部门正常有效运转。

 【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the hospital, the hospital scale expansion, medical services, fixed assets, medicines, medical supplies, supplies and other continuous consumption, its value is transferred to the medical cost.
