【摘 要】 根据2005年12月1日实施的国务院第449号令《放射同位素与射线装置安全与防护条例》和卫生部2001年10月23日发布的18号令《放射防护器材与含放射性产品卫生管理办法》，就射线机房的安全防护建设与放射防护器材的应用等作了明确的规定。射线机房的建设防护标准要求从事操作的医护人员年有效剂量当量不超过1mSv/a；这就需要在建设设计中考虑防护材料的选择、合理优化地防护施工，以及安全监测与事故预警应急机制。
