【摘 要】在知识经济和信息时代的社会背景和国内城市化不断推进的影响下，处于世纪之交的中国医院建筑，正经历着经济体制、医学模式和技术革命的三大变革。我国城市综合医院出现了新的发展态势，医院建筑的人性化设计也随之产生了新的变化。 本文从医院建筑及医学模式的发展过程、人类需求层次的递增化、医院室内空间设计理性化等三个角度，对医院建筑的人性化设计加以探讨，并结合工程实践及案例，从而推导出现代医院建筑人性化设计未来发展变化的方向和趋势。
